IRONMAN & 70.3 Wisconsin Simulation Day
Date: Saturday August 2nd, 6:30am
Location: IMWI Swim Start
Cost: $40
Simulation Day: 70.3 and FULL IRONMAN
CAPACITY: 40 Athlete per 70.3 and IRONMAN (80 Total)
Swim: 30 Minutes (4 BUOYS and water support)
Bike: Full IRONMAN or 70.3 Course with aid station and Special Needs support at the half way point
Run: 30 Minute *(or more) to practice how your legs respond

How Simulation Day Works
Swim: You will swim in Lake Monona (race lake!) where we will have 4 race buoys set up with water support for your safety. You will have 30 minutes to swim as long as you can to practice your skill
Bike: You will ride the full course for either 70.3 and IRONMAN. For the 70.3 we will have 1 aid station at the half way point. For the FULL we will have 5 aid stations and the ability to use special needs at the 56 mile point, like you will on race day.
Run: After the bike, you will have a 30 minute run *(or more) to practice running off the bike.
Post Sim Day: Food, snacks, drinks, ice towels will be available at our tent
